This Brooklyn Heights park, aptly named for the sloping space it occupies, is located between Columbia Heights, Vine Street, and the BQE. This triangular space is surrounded by trees, giving visitors a sense of escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This fully fenced-in 1.4-acre pup playground is securely gated on several sides, and features a large area for dogs of all sizes and a separate area for the smaller dogs. There are drinking fountains to keep everyone hydrated. In the colder months, the water is shut off, so you’ll need to bring your own water. Picnic tables are scattered throughout, giving you ample space for relaxing and meeting other owners as you watch your dog play. Be sure to bring your own clean-up bags to pick up after your pup. Trash cans are provided to make disposal easy.
