This dive bar’s feelings on dogs is all in the name. Dogs rule the roost at this Brooklyn joint, and are allowed off leash in the back patio. There’s plenty of room to sit, free shuffleboard, and there’s a long happy hour (with $3 well drinks!). It doesn’t get better than that.

Get drinks with your bestie
Went here with my fur baby and he definitely had a blast running around with the other dogs. Met new people and enjoyed the drinks. Definitely recommend taking your pup here!

Affordable and filled with dogs!
Lucky Dog is a go to. There are always at least a couple dogs, and I’ve seen smaller ones off leash in the back patio area. Super affordable drinks with a reliable beer and shot combo. They also have hot dogs (but they sell out super fast.) It gets pretty packed during weekend late nights, so probably not ideal for more anxious dogs during those times, but the week nights and early evenings are super mellow.
