Hands down the best
Genuinely one of the best shopping experiences anywhere. Tom and the staff are super engaged, incredibly knowledgeable, and take the time and care to remember different pets that come in. Not only have I been familiarly remembered by stuff when I bring in Wilson, but I often hear many pets being called by name when they come in the door. It’s like Cheers for pets. They’re also highly involved in community activities in Astoria. I’m super lucky they’re close.
